** ATTENTION STUDENTS: This Page Will Save You A Ton Of Cash **
Dear cash-strapped student, Here's an amazing opportunity! Let me ask you a question... What would you do if you could drop in to a hip hop class anytime you wanted to? What if every time you got bit by the “dance bug”, you could just get up and go take your favourite class? Wouldn’t that be awesome? You could literally wake up tomorrow morning and say “Yo, I have my afternoon free. I think I’ll take so-and-so’s hip hop class today.” You wake up, hop in the shower (wash the crusties from your eyes), put on your clothes, eat your Wheaties and off you go to your favourite class. No planning in advance, just get up and go. And what if when you show up, you DON’T have to bring cash? You could literally leave your wallet at home. Wouldn’t that be frickin’ sweet? If any of this even remotely grabs your attention, lock your door. I got news for you. Lemme get right to the point. You want to dance. But with your school schedule, other more important committments (like flip cup) and the fact that you really got nothin' but lint in your wallet.. registering for a regular class isn't gonna happen. Am I right? So that's why I created this page. For students, just like you, who need to dance and want an outlet to release some stress... but need to save some cash. Sound good? Listen, if you're lookin' for a place to let loose, keep up your tap dance or hip hop training and really want to get a bit more style under your belt... then you need to grab...

I know how tough it can be sometimes to keep ourselves in shape. Even I haven't been working to my full potential. We all WANT to look our best, and feel great about our bodies and our health.
I'm not gonna bash you over the head with how important it is to stay healthy.
Or, how regular exercise makes your brain work better, or how you'll get a firmer, nicer ass because of my classes (You will). You already know you've been eating too much street meat, so let's dance. =)

Different Classes For All Experience Levels
You probably have a few concerns by now, like "Well, I'm not a dancer... is this right for me?"
Or how about "I haven't danced in [x] years... I'm intimidated by how hard this looks."
To answer your questions, telll me if you've been through this: Ever been in a class where it’s labeled as OPEN?
That’s where dancers from all experience levels and all walks of life jump in the same room at the same time, and try to learn something.
Now I don’t know about you, but if I put a blind man, a sumo wrestler, my grandma, your dog and a fifth grader on Smarties all in the same boxing class with Sylvester Stallone and yelled GO! ...we’d have one hell of a mess!
If you’ve ever been in a similar situation, you probably already know that it DOESN’T WORK. Any environment where you have people from all walks of life, with different levels of training, will get frustrating real quick.
Think about it: would you put a 6th Grade basketball team on court with NBA players?
If you’re an experienced dentist, would you partner up a new office with someone who’s never studied dentistry?
Would you perform with Madonna or Alicia Keys, without taking vocal lessons?
C'mon, it just takes a bit of common sense. It wouldn’t work in real life, and it won’t work in dance.

That's why we do things differently. With your SWEET ASS DANCE PASS, there's a few, "common-sense" levels to choose from.
It doesn't matter if you've NEVER danced before, if you USED to dance and you're a little rusty, or if you're trying to make dance your FULL TIME PROFESSION. The way we have things set up, there's a class filled with positive energy waiting for you!

Dress To Impress! Wear What You Want-
As Funky As YOU Want
Anything you say? Well, I'd try to stay away from anything that looks "dancerish"... no bodysuits, leotards, legwarmers, jazz shoes etc.
We don't live in the 80's anymore. Put your "REAL" clothes on. If you don't know what to wear, dress baggy, loose and comfortable. You're a funky dresser in real life, so bring your fashion to class.

My Scotland hip hop students showin' how it's done
Yes it's ok to come looking like you're in a music video, or going out
to party with your friends. Come with your hot style, and
we'll all have a great time. Sure, you can wear
a hat! Like I said, wear what you want, as long as you can dance comfortably in
it.
Just make sure you have some comfy and CLEAN running shoes. Note the word "CLEAN". Bring your shoes in a bag, or we'll make you clean the floor with a toothbrush.
Remember, you'll be sweaty after, so bring a towel and a change of clothes. There's a large changeroom and showers conveniently located on site, so you can freshen up after.
Take a mental look through your closet right now and see what outfits you can come up with. Be creative, and have some fun!
Aight, But How Much Does The Sweet Ass Dance Pass Thingy Cost?
Good question grasshopper.
Here's the math: If you really want top quality instruction, want a great dance experience and want to receive all the benefits I've described earlier, I personally charge a minimum of $99 PER HOUR for private, one-on-one coaching. Some people are just more comfortable with private lessons, and that's fine.
So to hire me privately, for just two classes, I would invoice you $198 dollars.
But what if you wanted to dance every week? For one month of classes, just once a week, would cost you over $396 dollars. Whoa!
And that's not including tax, or renting a studio space. Even at that rate, my private students have all left with huge smiles on their faces every time, and thought the time spent with me was worth every single penny.
I'm NOT telling you these numbers to brag, but just to show you how much value you're getting in each session.
But I understand not everyone can afford that (especially your broke #ss)... so here's my offer to you:
If you're willing to settle and be in an energetic, safe and fun GROUP setting, with other cool people just like you- you'll get a dance pass for NINE CLASSES at the SAME LEVEL for ONLY $99.
That's all it takes to be a member of these classes. You only invest $99, and that gets you NINE MOTIVATING CLASSES to use on yourself, OR SHARE with a friend. Every class you take we just punch your card.
Feel free to bring a few friends on your pass! However you choose to use it, you'll have a great time with us.
>>> What's even better... is that you can grab your spot directly online, right here on this page... without the hassles of showing up to a studio and filling out a ton of paperwork.
Payment is safe and so simple: it's automatically charged to your PayPal account or credit card of choice. You will need a valid International Student ID card number.
Sign up today- you could literally be dancing tomorrow.
Just show up, we'll have you on our list and we'll hand over your welcome package when we see you in person. Yes, it is that simple.
You make each one of us feel appreciated and confident...
I really really really enjoyed your classes these past 8 weeks, and I want to do it again. You're one of the best teachers I know, and I admire your teaching methods. You make each one of us feel appreciated and confident. Every time I get out of your class, I feel refreshed and energized. 75 minutes goes by way too fast in your class! Thank you for being the teacher that you are. :)" - Melissa Kelly, Melissa Kelly Dance Academy, Timmins
By the time you play the music the dancers already know how to move to it...
- Gerard Reyes, Montreal
You never get frustrated with your dancers...
Just wanted to thank you for the best dance classes in Toronto, and your fun and energetic attitude. There is never a dull moment in your tap or hip hop classes. You never get frustrated with your dancers and you are such a positive and amazing person. Your choreography is always fun and original. So thanks again!" - Sarah Quinn, Toronto
Thank you for being such an awesome teacher...
I just wanted to thank you for being such an awesome teacher and wonderful person. Over the past 12 weeks I realized how much I missed dancing and how much I love hip hop. I just wanted to tell you that you are an amazing teacher and choreographer with a fun and energetic attitude that gets everyone to participate and have fun. Keep up the good work and well done." - Michelle Sturino
I have become a lot more confident in myself and my talent...
When I met Shawn, I was transitioning from being a full time competitive student at a really great studio, to someone who just wanted to keep dancing. Shawn not only gave me somewhere to do that, he has also enhanced the training I already had by giving me some new and creative choreography and technique, as well as, and this is the best part, showing me how to let go of the training to let the style and the moves I had within, come out. With Shawn's help, I have become a lot more confident in myself and my talent, and I have been inspired time and time again to continue to use my dance experience. Thanks Shawn B, you're one of the best!!!" - Laura Radcliffe, Mississauga
Tap Skool was exactly what I needed for my overall health. "The advanced tap classes I participated in each week were fun challenges both physically and mentally. After having been away from a regular studio dance class for almost a year, getting back into it with your Tap Skool was exactly what I needed for my overall health. What better way to get rid of the frustrations of every day life than to pound them out on the studio floor making noise to your hearts content and grooving to great new music every week. New combos each class kept me on my toes (literally) and had me working up a sweat in a far more satisfactory way than a gym ever could. Overall the course was a fun and exciting experience where I got to do what I love (tap) with a great choreographer leading the way with hot music and fast feet. Thanks for it Shawn! " - Kelly Loftus
You have helped me develop a greater love for tap dancing... "Hey Shawn, Hope things are going well, I just wanted to give you a HUGE thank-you for everything you have done and taught me . Dancing with you these past few months has been a privilege, and I am extremely grateful to have been giving the opportunity to be a part of your tap classes. I know i'm not a great dancer but you have always provided me with enough confidence and encouragement to keep me moving. Your energetic, fun and exciting personality is what makes you such an amazing teacher and individual. You have helped me develop a greater love for tap dancing and I thank you for it. Can't wait till the next session!! P.S. TJ you are such a welcoming caring person. Thanks for everything." - Katie O'Callaghan
A fierce charisma that is unparalleled. "Shawn's tap skills and rhythmic ability rival the top dancers around the world. He is bar-none the best tap dancer that Toronto has to offer. He has the fastest feet, the best rhythms and a fierce charisma that is unparalleled." - Jen Cohen
If you love to dance, here is your teacher! "I have taught alongside Shawn at many workshops and conventions and I must say, he always finishes with having every student in the palm of his hand. He teaches with an unequalled enthusiasm for his craft and his generosity is well received by all. If you love to dance, here is your teacher!" - Linda Garneau |
So, what's important now is: What's important to you?
The pure pleasure of being a confident dancer?
Learning to move well in the nightclub?
The peace of mind knowing you're doing something positive for your health?
Having an outlet to let loose and de-stress?
The recognition?
Whatever it is, stop wishing, and make it happen.
My friend, I know it's hard to commit to things while you're in school. I know funds are tight.
But I just want you to know that I made a decision to live my life through dance, and wonderful things have unfolded for me because of it.
I don't expect you to make this your career, but I do want you to make a choice to live in the moment, love, laugh, and enjoy life! I'm just doing my part to help you out.
On that note, I truly hope to see you in class soon. Click the link below, and the next page will get you your pass for only $99. It's a sweet deal that doesn't get any better!
Sincerely,
- Shawn Byfield
